Human Resource Specialist

As a key member of our organization, the Human Resource Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews to ensure a seamless transition.
The Human Resource Specialist will also oversee day-to-day HR activities, such as maintaining accurate employee records and addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
This position involves ensuring that work pass matters for foreign workers are properly coordinated, while also monitoring personal files and updating HRIS records in a timely and accurate manner.
Additionally, the Human Resource Specialist will administer leave, deductions, and claims for workers, as well as apply and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Other responsibilities include supporting the monthly payroll process and completing any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role in a fast-paced environment;
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively;
- Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
