Wireless Algorithm Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Algorithm Specialist to research innovative solutions in short-range wireless technology. Key responsibilities include researching the innovation of system architecture and key technologies of short-range wireless, proposing efficient solutions for algorithms and problems related to short-range wireless, and carrying out related verifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signal processing and/or protocol design for communications, positioning, and sensing. Experience with wireless system simulation using Matlab, C/C++, NS-3, and/or other tools is also desirable.

A good knowledge of IEEE 802.11 protocol family or IEEE 802.15 protocol family is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

We encourage applications from individuals with a Master's or PhD degree in Communications, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline.
