Senior Algorithm Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the research and development of advanced algorithms for wireless ICs, including baseband, positioning, bioreadar, and motor control algorithms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge algorithms for wireless ICs
  • Collaborate closely with hardware development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products
  • Participate in rigorous testing and analysis of developed algorithms to ensure they meet strict performance criteria
  • Analyze complex problems encountered during actual development and implement effective solutions

Requirements:
  • Masters degree or above in a relevant field such as signal processing, microelectronics, communication, computer science, etc.
  • Prior experience in wireless IC design is highly valued
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Able to work effectively in a global team environment and adapt to diverse cultural settings
