Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
  • Take orders from patrons for food or beverages and accurately enter them into the system.
  • Serve food or beverages to patrons and prepare specialty dishes as required.
  • Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
  • Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
