As a Margin Risk Specialist at Robinhood, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our margin business. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Margin/Options Operations
  • Reviewing daily margin calls and executing the firm's margin sellout process
  • Researching, prioritizing, and resolving margin-related customer escalations
  • Mitigating firm and customer risk through intraday alert monitoring and proactive resolution of account issues

Trading Operations
  • Supervising firm account maintenance and risk management
  • Liaising with US counterparts on day-to-day functions and potential issues
  • Managing trading-related Service Exceptions (SEVs)
