Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Process Conversion Engineer to drive the effort of ensuring Fab process conversions do not negatively impact NAND wafer level reliability performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with various Engineering and Development groups to maintain or improve NAND defectivity and reliability product requirements.
">Responsibilities:

- Act as the gatekeeper for reliability performance by reviewing and assessing Fab process conversions from a product reliability perspective.">
- Collaborate with NWR engineers to drive Physical Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and long-term countermeasures for failures related to process changes.">
- Keep track of process conversion run rates on a weekly basis.">
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Process Conversion Engineers.">
