Job Title: Guest Room Ambassador

The primary objective of the Guest Room Ambassador is to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of assigned service apartments, maintaining a positive impression of the hotel in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean allocated apartments according to working procedures.
  • Change bed linen, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and replenish guest supplies.
  • Wash bathrooms, glasses, replenish towels and bathroom amenities, empty rubbish bins, and maintain internal windows and door panels.
  • Operate housekeeping cleaning machines and equipment effectively.
  • Report any loss or damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to the Guest Room Team Leader.
  • Update apartment status using mobile devices or apps.
  • Set up rollaway beds, deliver electrical plugs, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards guests, clients, and associates.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests respectfully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain highest standards of quality and efficiency in performance.

Guests are treated professionally and respectfully, ensuring a positive experience. Perform additional tasks and special projects assigned by the Guest Room Team Leader.
