Regional Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple coffee shops in a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure staff and supervisors adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), maintaining strong relationships with stall tenants, reviewing and providing feedback on vendor services, and managing coffee shops in a designated region to drive business growth and profitability.

A positive work attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, and strong decision-making skills are essential requirements for this role. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Maintain strong relationships with stall tenants
