Technical Media Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this position in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Front-end AV Operations:
- Identify technical requirements and allocate resources
- Provide support for worship services and events, including rehearsals and troubleshooting
- Set up and tear down equipment before and after services
- Manage AV inventory, including procurement, assembly, operation, maintenance, and upgrades
- Back-end AV Development and Maintenance:
- Assess the AV needs of worship services and the church
- Engage, enable, and nurture lay volunteers for various AV roles
- Source and recommend tools, courses, materials, and technologies for volunteer teams
- Track and maintain licenses and maintenance regimes for AV hardware and software
- Implement and review AV strategies, structures, policies, workflows, and documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support with media production (visuals, videos, music)
- Other Tasks and General Duties:
- Communicate effectively with congregation members, lay volunteers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with church policies and guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the pastors' office or supervisor
- Diploma, degree, or postgraduate certification in relevant fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and involvement in worship & music and/or AV production
- Proven knowledge and ability in technical elements of Audio-Visual systems and workflows
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and eager to learn
