Job Title: Media Content Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Content Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing live feeds, audio-visual technology, and ensuring seamless broadcast transmission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt and processing of live feeds via fiber, satellite, and IP technology.
  • Coordinate with core technical facilities for acquisition of live feeds.
  • Monitor server, storage, network switch, power supply, and other equipment.
  • Transcode and package incoming streams for media servers.
  • Update station router according to event schedules.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure error-free feed management.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on MCR equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of conducting live events and managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual technology and broadcast systems.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and transmission protocols.
