Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our NAND Central Engineering- Product Yield Improvement team. As a CE PYE Engineer, you will develop and maintain code for new generation NAND Memory, collaborate with global teams, participate in debugging test programs, and engage in innovative solutions through bench testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain state-of-the-art bench testers for NAND/HBM Electrical Failure Analysis
  • Deliver Automated Programming Grid (APG) programs for critical C1/C1P Probe tests before first Si production
  • Support Fab YE/PYE users in correlation issues related to bench testing
  • Develop user-friendly tools to speed up EFA cycle time and identify failure signatures
  • Internal Probing to isolate defect locations for Physical Failure Analysis
  • Collaborate with the Fab Yield Improvement Team on First Silicon Failure Analysis, fixing, and evaluation of New Product Introduction (NPI) test programs
