As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to support the business and meet production targets.

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist who can manage and optimize the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and inventory management.

  • We require an individual with a strong understanding of procurement best practices, including sourcing strategies, contract management, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
  • A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably with managerial/supervisory experience and in the semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic procurement initiatives. You must also be able to collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and other teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and mentor the procurement team, promoting best practices and continuous professional development.

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
