Operational Due Diligence Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Due Diligence professional to join our team. As an integral member, you will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence activities and ensuring key risks and findings are adequately addressed in line with governance standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless incorporation of due diligence outputs into investment operations and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational due diligence activities and review observations to identify key risks and findings.
  • Ensure key risks and findings are adequately addressed in line with governance standards.
  • Coordinate the review process from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of due diligence outcomes, follow-ups, and remediation actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field such as business, accounting, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in internal audit, operational risk, operational due diligence, or a similar vocation within financial services or real estate.
  • Strong process re-engineering skills with a good understanding of efficiency, internal controls, and governance.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive coordination and project management amongst multiple stakeholders.
