  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to maintain continuous high levels of customer satisfaction;", "
  • Ensure proper check-in management practices are in place at the centre;", "
  • Assist with crowd management during peak periods;", "
  • Work closely with the Sales enrolment team to provide regular feedback and insights to drive customer intimacy;", "
  • Proactively address customer feedback and challenges in a professional manner;", "
  • Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction;", "
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management;", "

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on weekends;", "
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking students/parents;", "
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in operations and customer service;", "
  • Strong command of spoken and written English;", "

  • Highly motivated and positive-minded individual;", "
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;", "
  • Prior experience in the private education industry is an advantage;", "
