Job Title: VP, Credit Policy

As a key member of our credit policy team, your role will involve supporting the development and implementation of policies for retail unsecured lending portfolios. This includes formulating and optimizing policies for unsecured acquisitions, monitoring acquisition quality, managing cards portfolio including CLI and balance build programs, overseeing credit limit increase strategies, implementing balance build and revenue enhancement offerings for cards, and managing authorizations and overlimit usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the unsecured risk head in managing credit risks for retail unsecured lending portfolios
  • Analyze credit test performance, identify early warning signals and emerging risks
  • Partner with regional and local market teams on business expansion initiatives
  • Work closely with regional analytics teams to ensure documentation, policy adherence, and compliance with risk controls
  • Initiate activation and retention strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree (MBA or post-grad in statistics/engineering)
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail risk management, particularly in cards
