Key Responsibilities

  • Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and clinical marketing material development.
  • Coordinate scientific presentations and whitepapers.
  • Assist in developing educational content for physicians and interventional specialists.
  • Plan and coordinate international conferences and events.
  • Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources.
  • Facilitate internal communication across departments.
  • Collect and manage branding materials and marketing assets.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in branding, event planning, public relations, or marketing communications.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and distributor-led sales support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools.
