Healthcare Programmes Coordinator

Job Description:
This role involves designing and implementing clinical programmes that promote health, wellness, and integrated care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to contribute to meaningful initiatives that drive better outcomes across the community.
Responsibilities include managing budgets for assigned programmes, providing administrative support such as preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. You will also assist in tracking programme trends and performing basic data analysis, submit required data to hospital systems and national registries, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements include strong organisational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders, interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes, detail-oriented and capable of handling data, reports, and budgets. Prior experience in healthcare or programme administration is an advantage, a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field, and minimum of 2-3 years in programme coordination or a related field are also necessary.
