Industrialization Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Industrialization Project Manager to oversee the industrialization process from concept to mass production.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of cross-functional teams ensuring quality, delivery, and cost expectations are met.
  • Leadership of internal teams including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for alignment and timely delivery.
  • Development and maintenance of detailed NPI project plans, including schedules, phase-gate reviews, validation builds, and production ramp readiness.
  • Validation process oversight to ensure products meet design specifications, reliability, and build quality standards before full-scale production.
  • Regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure component availability and production capacity for manufacturing.
  • IDentification of potential issues in development, manufacturing, or supply chain and implementation of strategies to mitigate them.
  • Servicing as a primary point of contact for communication of project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to internal teams and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in IVI (infotainment) or ADAS systems.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE).
  • Extensive Experience in PCB Assembly and Product Testing.
  • Understanding of electronic components, PCBA manufacturing processes IPC standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
