Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be proficient in creating and executing campaigns that drive revenue growth, user acquisition, and conversions.

This role involves utilizing data and analytics tools to measure campaign success, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for improved results.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

A key part of this role is leading client meetings, where you will explain campaign details using key performance metrics (KPIs).

In addition, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our company goals, supported by market research to identify growth opportunities and understand the target audience.

This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home on a rotational shift schedule.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing and proficiency in English language.
