Selling Excellence in Retail

Our boutique retail sales team is hiring for a key position, requiring exceptional sales skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and sell our premium products to customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

  2. Update store price listings and posters accurately, ensuring seamless customer experience.

  3. Pack and arrange for delivery of orders efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

  4. Ensure online store product updates are completed promptly, reflecting accurate pricing and inventory levels.

  5. Regularly review sales orders, arranging for delivery and collections as needed, to meet customer expectations.

Working Hours and Location:

Our boutique operates Tuesday to Saturday, from 1pm to 10pm. Our location is conveniently situated near the Raffles Place MRT.

Remuneration and Incentives:

Basic salary up to $2,200 per month, plus commission earned on sales. Commission rates range from 1-8% depending on product type, providing opportunities for increased earnings.

Additional commission of Total Retail Sales achieved, as well as a yearly bonus of at least one month's salary if targets are met.

Extra bonuses can be awarded for outstanding sales performances, ranging from one to two months' salary.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in retail sales.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the whisky industry will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are required.
