Job Description\

As a seasoned facilities management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes monitoring meeting room and workstation usage, preparing reports and analysis, and managing office facilities, furniture, equipment, and AV systems.

\
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of all equipment and systems\
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and materials\
  • Cordinate with vendors and supervise works/deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues\
  • Handle FM-related tasks such as advisories, case reporting, and key/pass management\
  • Support general office administration and other duties as assigned
\\Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • A minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Facilities Management based on the job scope\
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management will be an advantage\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
