
Office Facilities Manager

As a seasoned facilities management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes monitoring meeting room and workstation usage, preparing reports and analysis, and managing office facilities, furniture, equipment, and AV systems.
\- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of all equipment and systems\
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and materials\
- Cordinate with vendors and supervise works/deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues\
- Handle FM-related tasks such as advisories, case reporting, and key/pass management\
- Support general office administration and other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
\- A minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Facilities Management based on the job scope\
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management will be an advantage\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
