Head of Science Education

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our science education program and develop high-quality provision in all aspects of science education.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Development of Science Education Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive science education strategy, including setting contest papers and training for the Singapore Science Olympiad.
- Leading the Science Program: Design and deliver engaging science lessons for student training programs, ensuring content aligns with program aims and organizational vision.
- Other Responsibilities: Undertake duties as requested by senior management or delegate, including administrative tasks and logistical support for events.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in science with distinction, certificate in educational leadership, and evidence of further relevant professional development.
- Skills: Personal expertise in teaching science, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years teaching international science curriculum, experience writing or vetting science Olympiad contest papers, and demonstrated scientific writing skills through publications.
- Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of STEM education developments and initiatives.
