  • Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to ensure effective workforce management and optimize manpower deployment.", "
  • Coordinate with Human Resources for staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation to support business growth.", "
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding operational matters, attending site meetings, submitting service reports, and resolving escalations to ensure contract retention.", "
  • Monitor cleaning supply usage, ordering, and delivery to sites, ensuring proper inventory records and avoiding stock shortages.", "
  • Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety protocols, conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident reporting to maintain a safe working environment.", "
  • Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to enhance process efficiency and quality control.", "
  • Introduce digital tools to streamline workflows, monitor productivity, and optimize operations to achieve business objectives.", "
", "Required Skills and Qualifications", "

Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

WSQ/WSH certifications preferred.

Class 3 driving license (optional but preferred).

3–5 years in an operations or supervisory role (cleaning/FM preferred).

Strong team leadership and people management experience.

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Effective communicator in English and at least one local language.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Forms).

Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.
