About the Role
As a Senior Design Specialist on our Spend Experience team, you will be responsible for designing a portfolio of cards and carriers that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Analysts, and Researchers, to create best-in-class experiences for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design debit card designs that represent our brand values and resonate with our global customer base.
- Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and production partners to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the production process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align card designs with broader business strategy.
- Stay current with materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices in card production.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design and package design.
- Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of accessibility considerations in physical design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills
- In-depth understanding of card manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, and production constraints.
- Knowledge of scheme (Visa/MC) branding guidelines and requirements.
- Knowledge of innovative card technologies (dynamic CVV, biometric cards, etc.).
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Experience in Figma.
