Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Line Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Process Engineers to support, coordinate, and follow up on all manufacturing-related activities in real-time basis
  • Support Process Engineer in monitoring line performance/quality/yield and disposition of Hold Lots
  • Track the Internal Troubleshooting Report (ITR) trend and follow up the Abnormality Lot Report (ALR)
  • Support the Process Engineering on the qualification/evaluation of Tape and Reel processes
  • Ensure that the line complies with all quality procedures/systems set-up by Process Engineers
  • Handle new product introduction/qualification engineering support
Requirements
  • Diploma holder related to Engineering or Equivalent
