Job Summary

This Is An IT Support Group is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the position of Strategic Digital Advisor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital solutions, including experience in solution implementation, pre-sales support, and business consulting.

The role involves solution identification and curation, including proactive identification of new solution categories, sourcing and evaluation of market-ready solutions, and collaboration with solution providers to ensure alignment with industry requirements.

The candidate will also be responsible for performance monitoring and improvement, including tracking and analyzing key adoption metrics, conducting regular reviews and refinements of the solution curation process, and recommending enhancements to optimize alignment with SME needs and market trends.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business-IT functions related to digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI/Gen AI, cloud technology, cybersecurity, Io T, RPA, blockchain, data analytics, and other digital transformation technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to analyze data and performance metrics
