Job Description

You are the first point of contact, the ambassador for our organization. Your role is to embrace our mission and values, providing exceptional service to our customers while showcasing strong product knowledge and administrative excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates to support customer needs
  • Show a good command of English and Mandarin
  • Delight customers
  • Be approachable and warm
  • Show proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Work on weekends
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates)
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
