Global Risk Response Specialist
This role requires a highly skilled professional to join our team in protecting our global community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of evaluating risk, threats, and user privacy in time-critical emergency escalations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate risk and threats in emergency escalations from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Assess high volumes of inbound emergency reports and make fast-paced decisions based on complex factors.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure user safety.
- Operate in an environment with sensitive content and create responses to inquiries from law enforcement and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 2 years of experience in investigative or analytical roles.
- Experience working with social media, analytical tools, and online research to assess risk and threats effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with graphic content related to CSAM, graphic violence, self-injury, and suicide.
