This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of programmes and holistic educational needs of students under NTU's Student Community Engagement Framework. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to facilitate growth and development among students, and be able to manage multiple dynamic projects concurrently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The review, evaluation, supervision and management of student-led projects, including overseas and local community initiatives, and student club elections.
  • Identification of student development capability gaps, recommending and supporting the implementation of equipping programmes to address these gaps;
  • Administration of project grants, including disbursements, monitoring compliance with grant terms and conditions, and the preparation of grant statement of accounts and reports to senior management and programme funders.
Key Qualifications:
  • A good degree from a recognised university with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to facilitate growth and development.
  • Knowledge in how service-learning activities are designed, organised, and implemented.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring the planning and implementation of overseas and local community service projects.
  • Grant administration and management experience.
  • Comfortable managing multiple dynamic projects concurrently.
  • Meticulous and able to manage large datasets in a coherent well-organised manner.
  • Strong people engagement and management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset.
