You will collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-site SEO changes to websites and ensure website design is mobile-friendly, has optimal page speed, and meets other SEO requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Resolve website issues and bugs, provide troubleshooting, and ensure optimal website performance and functionality.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  6. Provide training to team members about up-to-date SEO-related coding practices.
  7. Support in building and optimising pages for the website.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in website programming and SEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer (Min. 3 Years) with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of server-side languages like PHP, .NET, Python, or Ruby.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, browser behaviour and compatibility, and cross-browser optimisation issues.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, or Wix.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, or similar.
  • Up-to-date understanding of SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
