Medical Information Specialist

This role is responsible for providing technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and consumers. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with a strong background in life sciences who can analyze complex questions and formulate accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries from various sources, including phone, email, and mail.
  • Formulate responses using client-approved resources and maintain thorough knowledge of project policies and procedures.
  • Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to organizational guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline is required.
  • Excellent language skills in English and proficiency in Korean language (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills are necessary.
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical Pharmacy experience is highly desirable.
  • Clinical Research experience would be an asset.
  • CRO experience is also preferred.
