Building Maintenance Technician">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment, and troubleshooting issues with building systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with building systems, working closely with supervisors and other technicians to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the coordination and completion of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards related to building maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
