Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Silicon Design Engineer to support and enable Static Timing Analysis (STA) in our designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop timing models for advanced technology nodes, mixed-signal circuits, and complex standard cells.
  • Tune stop cell hierarchy levels and enable timing characterization.
  • Update quality check utilities to ensure the quality of timing models.
  • Evaluate best-in-class EDA tools and flows.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of MOSFET electrical characteristics and experience with transistor-level circuit simulators.
  • Understanding of layout at the transistor level and ability to work with the mask design team.
  • Familiarity with modeling formats such as Liberty, Verilog, LEF, Milkyway, NDM, CLIB, and SPICE.
Awardable Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
