Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations functions, including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll administration across 2 cycles per month.
  • Develop and update HR policies and handbooks as needed.
  • Partner with the HR Director and business leaders to drive HR strategies and people agenda aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years Human Resources experience; prior experience within MNCs preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Experience in change management and HR projects is a plus.
  • Track record in data accuracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in WorkDay, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PPT, and pivot tables.
