Key Factory Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assume the role of Factory Supervisor. This key position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our factories, with the assistance of Factory Managers. They will also be tasked with growing revenue through proactive business development, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring full compliance with relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the effective management of factory operations, including production, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Driving revenue growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Maintaining strict quality control measures to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Overseeing all aspects of fleet management, including vehicles, logistics, and drivers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong supply chain management and account management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • A proven track record of driving commercial growth and increasing revenue.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
