**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Products Engineering team. Team covers NPI, process, first build and ECN through product life-cycle.
- Leading a group of Engineer and ensuring the project delivery on NPI commitment according to management timeline
- Hands-on on key customer account NPI (new project transfer) cycle - including verification of drawing, work instructions, necessary tool/ jig and process sheet (Lot traveler)
- Solving the technical/quality issue related to product and process
- Lead and manage team process, productivity and quality improvement activity
- Maintaining engineering database, documentation and filling
- Other ad-hoc work task or project as maybe assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 10 years or more relevant working experience in Engineering in electrical/electronic manufacturing service industry.
- Leadership and experience in managing a team.
- Committed and good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on using MRP system like Baan/ SAP/INFOR etc. preferred.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
