**Job Description:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of online grocery orders.
  • Maintaining high standards of inventory management, pick, pack, and delivery operations.
  • Resolving customer inquiries related to orders in a professional manner.
  • Supervising and training a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers for seamless daily operations and manpower rostering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and ensuring accurate and timely processing of online grocery orders.
  • Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for picking, packing, dispatching, and delivery.
  • Attending to customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Ensuring proper receiving and issuance of goods.
  • Performing record-keeping, stock movement control, and assisting in the return of damaged goods.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and performing housekeeping of the store area.
  • Ensuring safe practices and orderliness of the store area.

Requirements:
  • Diploma/GCE 'A' level/Higher NITEC/GCE 'O' level with minimum 2 years' retail or inventory management experience.
  • Candidates with no experience welcome to apply.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones.
  • Able to carry loads up to 20kg.
