Our Info-Security team strives to strengthen IT and OT infrastructures against cyber threats through indigenous capabilities and deepening cyber domain expertise. We develop cybersecurity products like encryptors, data diodes, secure data exchange gateways, trusted workspaces, secure mobility devices, etc.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of secure networking products underpinning critical information security infrastructure. As a Product Development Lead you will play a key role in leading complex engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and driving innovation in secure gateway solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to design and develop advanced secure gateway products aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Architect, review, and validate system-level designs ensuring scalability, performance, and security compliance.
  • Drive technical problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with product management, quality assurance, and operations teams to align technical solutions with market needs and compliance requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry trends to continuously improve product capabilities and security posture.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training within the division to enhance team competencies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in network security engineering, particularly with secure gateway solutions, firewalls, VPNs, or intrusion detection/prevention systems will be advantageous.

Strong proficiency in system architecture design, DevSecOps concepts, and software development life cycles.

Strong proficiency in programming languages and solution frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading technical teams and complex projects.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and product excellence.

Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

A proactive approach to continuous professional development and staying current with evolving cyber threats and technologies.
