About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Network Security Specialist to spearhead the design and implementation of secure network architectures. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in cybersecurity, with a focus on network architecture and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust network security protocols using advanced technologies.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance to the team on network security, threat detection/response, and cloud security.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on network architecture and security.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security, network security, and threat detection/response.
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA) certification.
  • Additonal certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Palo Alto platforms: NGFW, Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access, Panorama, Cortex XDR.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), TCP/IP, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated team player able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
