Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Ensure that all project activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner, with clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure that work quality is maintained and schedules are adhered to.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to achieve smooth implementation and completion, with a focus on cost management and profitability.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support and service to customers, including selecting equipment and participating in technical discussions.
  • Safety Management: Assist the Safety Coordinator/Safety Officer in planning, assessing, and implementing the Project Safety System.
Requirements
  • A relevant academic background in Electrical Engineering/Building Services or equivalent.
  • Strong project management experience in Electrical Installation projects, with solid technical knowledge and site experience.
  • Effective communication skills, with strong leadership qualities and high initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project software.
  • Motivated, responsible, and positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working onsite, with occasional after-hours work due to project schedules.
  • A dynamic and responsible individual who is eager to take on exciting challenges and growth opportunities.
