Job Title: Project Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress, managing day-to-day project activities, and supervising workers and sub-contractors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of projects and on-site works.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
  • Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants, clarify requirements, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Min 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years project management experience at local projects.
  • Strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
