Responsibilities
  • Establish and deliver AI-related services for the banking sector.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and release AI solutions to clients.
  • Build and manage a high-performing AI service team based on business growth.
  • Guide team members on technical and business aspects of AI delivery.
  • Act as a global AI advisor, sharing expertise and best practices within the organization.
  • Contribute to internal capability building and innovation.
  • Drive the company's visibility and thought leadership in the AI market.
  • Represent the organization in external events and client-facing engagements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Minimum 5 years leading AI-related initiatives in banks or consulting firms.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle: data sourcing, model building, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with AI applications across banking functions.
  • Practical experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud AI tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI model reusability.
  • Proven track record in building and leading AI-focused teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
