Job Title

Business Leader for Revenue Growth and Operations

This role is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives to enhance business performance, improve customer experience, streamline operations, and achieve aggressive revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, financial acumen, and people leadership skills to scale the business profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, lead business expansion initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create business plans and performance benchmarks
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product/service enhancements and sales strategy
  • Develop and implement pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and finance
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Progressive leadership experience in operations, revenue growth, or general management roles

  • Proficiency in data analytics, CRM tools, and business performance software
