Automated Visual Inspection Systems Specialist

As a seasoned Vision Application Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge automated visual inspection systems for the semiconductor industry.
This role requires expertise in statistical image analysis, computer vision, and image processing to ensure reliable real-time inspection of IC devices. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize system performance and enhance inspection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom automated visual inspection systems tailored to meet the needs of high-volume semiconductor production environments.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical image analysis techniques to guarantee accurate real-time inspection results.
- Collaborate with hardware integration specialists to configure and integrate computer vision-related equipment, including frame grabbers, lighting controllers, and cameras.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in computer vision, image processing, and hardware integration.
- Proficiency in statistical image analysis techniques and real-time vision system design.
- Hands-on experience with vision hardware integration, such as camera calibration and lighting setup.
