Advanced Automated Inspection Systems Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Vision Software Developer in designing and developing PC-based automated visual inspection systems for semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating customer vision specifications, integrating new vision hardware, and providing technical support to internal and external customers.
- Design and develop PC-based automated visual inspection systems for semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluate and study feasibility of customer's vision specifications.
- Integrate new vision hardware onto the vision software.
- Troubleshoot and improve processing time of inspections.
- Provide technical support to fulfill inspection requirements.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering and relevant technical experience including automation machine system troubleshooting. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can work closely with the vision application and optics team members to produce the best inspection result.
Requirements:
Education: BS Science Diploma or higher in electrical and electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field.
Preferred Requirements:
Relevant technical work experience including automation machine system troubleshooting. Experience working with end customers. Understanding semi-conductor manufacturing process, vision inspection settings, machine software settings and configuration.
