Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Host Administrator to join our team. As a Live Host Administrator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing our social media assets, including design, scripting, and post-production of reels. You will work closely with our live hosts to gather information on potential products and plan the flow of our live streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and Plan Live Streams
    • Work with live hosts to gather information on potential products and plan the flow of live streams
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote products and engage with our audience
  • Manage Social Media Assets
    • Design and create engaging content for our social media platforms
    • Script and produce high-quality reels for our live streams
    • Assist in post-production of reels to ensure high-quality output
  • Support Live Hosts
    • Provide technical support to live hosts during live streams
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our audience
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or related discipline
  • Experience
    • Min. 2 years relevant experience in logistics industry or international trade-related experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to multitask and work independently
    • Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
    • Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up, and efficient time management
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
