  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including product specialists and relationship managers, to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or function.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the TMT/DEG/NBFI sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
