Senior Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee vendor management and procurement operations. This role involves assigning projects to suitable vendors, monitoring performance, managing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies, and leading sourcing and negotiation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills to drive cost efficiency and maintain high-quality vendor relationships.
- Manage and evaluate vendors, ensuring KPIs and contract terms are met.
- Oversee procurement processes, including POs, subcontracting limits, and pricing negotiations.
- Monitor project deliverables, vendor milestones, and overall performance.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Analyze vendor data, prepare reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Source and negotiate with new vendors to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in vendor management and procurement, as well as strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
