Measurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Measurement Specialist to join our organization.

  • Develop and implement measurement protocols to ensure product integrity and enhance quality impact.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to participate in new technology development and startup projects.
  • Contribute to worldwide discussions for continuous improvement on assigned toolsets, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Establish tool qualification criteria and monitor through Statistical Process Control charts.
  • Work with Engineering Operations and Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization.
  • Develop and execute projects to improve inline detection, efficiency, cost reduction, tool measurement variability, and machine availability.
  • Partner with tool suppliers and owners to explore innovative ways to overcome challenges of shrinking technology nodes.
  • Support the organization through data analysis, providing knowledgeable summations of results and recommendations for process changes, equipment availability improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure engineering team is trained on recipe maintenance, tool recovery, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for assigned tools.
  • Determine sampling strategies to meet Production, Process Control, and Quality requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Internship or experience in the field highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact highly desirable.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the industry preferred.
