Program Manager Job Description

This is a customer-focused and solution-oriented role in a global team designed to improve product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Guide executive leaders, project sponsors, and stakeholders to develop strategic objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in diverse, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.
  • Guide teams through the program lifecycle from planning to closure.
  • Oversee project teams to achieve program goals.
  • Define and execute stakeholder and change management plans.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in semiconductor or technology industry required.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor product or test engineering preferred.

Academic Credentials:

  • BS in Engineering required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Six sigma black belt or master black belt certification preferred.

Location: Singapore
